Shipping Policy

Standard shipping on all orders over $100 is FREE domestically within Australia.

Standard shipping on all orders under $100 is a flat rate of $15 within Australia.

Express shipping available at a flat rate of $19 within Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of order for processing. 

Delivery Times (estimates):

Perth Express - 2-3 business days 

Perth Parcel Post - 2-5 business days

Interstate Express - 3-4 business days 

Interstate Parcel Post - 4-5 business days

At this time we do not offer international shipping, however if you would like to place an international order, please get in contact with us to discuss delivery options.

Little Barefoot Wanderers is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Little Barefoot Wanderers.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us at littlebarefootwanders@gmail.com if there are any issues within 48 hours.

All faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced or refunded. We may request images of damaged goods.

Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at littlebarefootwanderers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, your order must be returned to Little Barefoot Wanderers at your own cost, with tracked shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for payment providers to process the refund
